Each of us can make a difference....
Together we make a change!
Together, we can realize a need!
A person who lives with a mental or physical disability can struggle with feeling isolated or alone while trying to navigate our busy world.
Someone with PTSD can struggle with simple yet daunting daily tasks, like going to the store or even getting out of bed. A child with autism will often feel isolated and disconnected, even living in a loving home. Parents with children who have severe food allergies live in fear their child could die without the proper supervision. It is important to remember that not all disabilities are visible.
Saber Life Foundation has done something for our family that I could never say thank you enough for.

Together, we can help a mission!
Today, many people with disabilities suffer silently without the means to change their circumstances. Saber Life Foundation’s goal, as a non-profit organization, is to eliminate challenges and barriers for individuals with disabilities, by assisting them with the purchase of an individually custom-trained service dog. Through a service dog, these individuals will have the independence and confidence to live their life to the fullest.
Your support will allow those less fortunate, who would never be able to purchase a custom-trained service dog, to find the means to change their lives.
Together, we can realize an impact!
1 out of every 54 children in the US are diagnosed with autism yearly. In fact, people with disabilities make up 26% of the American public, according to the CDC. These individuals are faced with widespread economic inequity, cultural isolation, and discrimination in education, as well as, employment.
Saber Life Foundation exists to assist brave citizens to overcome these hurdles by providing monetary assistance and individual placement of custom-trained service dogs.
Together, our communities make a difference!
Saber Life Foundation was established in 2020 by Joel and Danea Key. Their daughter, Gracie, was diagnosed with Essential Tremors at birth, resulting in her needing brain surgery. Although the side effects are controlled now, Gracie became despondent and reclusive. She would rarely leave her home and had little interaction with anyone other than family.
Through fundraising and community support, Joel and Danea were able to provide Gracie with a life-changing service dog. The support she receives from her 4-legged companion has allowed her to break out of her shell and become a vibrant and confident young lady.
Saber Life Foundation was created as a means to give back to those less fortunate and who would otherwise not be able to afford a life-changing medical device, such as a service dog.
In 2020-2022, our organization placed 16 dogs with very deserving individuals, which has had an unmeasurable impact on their lives. Our goal for 2023 is to place between 5 – 10 custom-trained service dogs in order to continue our mission.
Together, we can change lives!
Saber Life Foundation is made up of a dedicated group of individuals who are passionate about changing people’s lives. The board of directors are unpaid volunteers, therefore, all proceeds and money raised goes directly into the program.
We want you to hear from one of our clients whose life has been directly impacted by adding a service dog to their family.
"Life Changing. I can go out to places and do things again. I can talk to people and I have more confidence to do things"

Together, we can achieve a common goal!
Our foundation knows that we can meet them through the continued generosity of our donors and community. Every dollar that is raised goes directly to increasing our ability to serve those with disabilities.
Together, we can make a difference!
There are many ways that we can work together to change the lives of those with disabilities. Saber Life Foundation accepts monetary and in-kind donations of all kinds.
Our supporters form the core of financial support impacting our ability to make meaningful change. These key donors support us at the following levels:
Gold Level Donors
These supporters have donated over half of the cost of 1 service dog placed, $9,500 or more.
Silver Level Donors
These supporters have donated between $3,000 - $9499.
Bronze Level Donors
These supporters have donated less than $1,000 - $2,999.
Even a donation amount of $200 can be tremendously impactful, as it will cover the Service Dog Welcome Basket, which includes a vest, patches, collar, 1 bag of dog food, training treats, etc.
Together, we can change the world!
Each year, thousands of individuals with disabilities are faced with significant barriers that prevent them from living their best life possible. Your support is needed more than ever. Together, we can make a remarkable impact and connect dogs with people, one disability at a time.
