Empowering Black Firefighters and EMTs

Our mission is to introduce the rewarding career of firefighting to the Black community & inspiring the next generation of firefighters. Through our recruitment we provide mentorship, education, and hands-on experience to youth and adults. Breaking down barriers and creating pathways, to ensure fire and EMS workforce better reflects a diverse communities.
